How to get the app

The ihi app includes a variety of features and functions to improve engagement and knowledge of Te Ao Māori. The app covers te reo Māori pronunciation, tikanga Māori, mihimihi/pepeha (introductions), ngā mihi (greetings), whakataukī (proverbs) and waiata (songs).

The app aims to give people, including health practitioners, confidence in using te reo, supporting them to be more inclusive and connect with, respect and appreciate Te Ao Māori in their daily mahi (work).
